What a wine this is, the Ravenswood Zinfandel wine. The first taste I felt in this wine was pure raspberry, I loved it! Never tasted raspberry that clearly in a wine before. The wine I’m tasting is Ravenswood Vinteners Blend. Something me and my husband enjoy doing is trying good and interesting wines together. Finding the right food for the wine is very fun. This wine we are having very simple, with some cheese sandwiches actually.

The color of Ravenswood Vintners Blend is dark red and the taste is fruity and a lttle dry. I can recognize the taste of the zinfandel grapes from other wines I’ve tried from before. Fantastic! Soon I’m an expert! Hehe well I hope to learn more about wines, and my husband too of course.

A few weeks ago I did some serious administrative work for our companies. The whole process of getting it sorted out correctly took hours! I think I spent like 20 hours in total, because there was just so much to do!

Anyway, that resulted in a gift from my husband! Guess what I got? A wine tasting in Oslo of the wines from Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Rhône. So we are looking forward to that so much!

I really enjoyed the Ravenswood Zinfandel Vintners Blend. It’s so sweet on a night like this when you just want to relax. I will buy this wine again, and maybe try it with the perfect food dish.
