I know some of you have waited a long time for this. But now they’re finally here! The photos of the pieces I made together with my mother last time she visited me.

 

Its funny, this night the inspiration was truly flowing. Maybe it was the fabulous company? By the time I finished my first necklace, she had made 3! – With earrings! Its unbelievable, she’s so fast! No way I can keep up with her. Me? Usually I take long time to make even the most simple jewelry. But i guess we’re all different.

For the necklaces, I used mostly glass beads, pearls and some pendants. The red pendant is made with polymer clay.

We tried my Thing-a-ma-jig. It was great. Even though it was her first time, she tried lots of patterns, and they turned out really well. We made a pair of earrings together. I’ll show you, we made one flower each

 

For these we used copper wire. They come in many marvelous colors, as you may know. 

 

Mom quickly decided to buy a Thing-a-ma-jig too. I can’t blame her, its fun!
