In Oslo, enjoying the sun
As I take off I can’t wait to begin exploring the flowing creativity and culture in this town! In our neighborhood there’s lovely cafes and restaurants in every corner, inside they’re full of interesting people. I imagine they are…spirited authors…students eager to find their way…sleepy tourists just arrived…artists working with glass…a couple just getting to know each other. It’s like I’m there with old friends, having a cappuccino.
This is the central of Oslo, but I can´t believe that it’s so easy to relax here! Lately when I come home to our apartment I hear an unusual silence. Of course it’s not really silent because there’s construction going on in the backyard of the building, an ambulance hurrying to rescue someone (ER is right across the street). Does that mean it’s not there? No, I can feel it, in between…the sound of silence! Amazing
Helplessly I’m in love with this apartment because there is so much light coming into it! A perfect place for all my exciting and challenging projects. Only yesterday I began putting up my workspace for precious metal clay and beads. It’s going to be nice… I’m telling you!
Of course I’ve also found some bead stores in town. Can’t wait to check them out! But don’t worry, I’ll update you on that.

Love your blog very pretty and a lot of good info. Look forward to hear about the bead stores. I love bead stores!
That’s great that you have such a positive attitude about your new digs! I’m afraid the change would stress me and I wouldn’t be able to enjoy it as much as you are. Good for you!
Wonderful blog you have here! When you finish setting up your workspace, please take a photo of it. I love seeing other peoples workspace; it gives me new ideas for my own.
Thanks for commenting on my blog Zarah! Your place sounds wonderful, especially all of the light coming in. I have tons of light streaming into my studio too, and I love it. And Kitty loves the sunspots. Amazing how light helps mood and motivation.
