Seasons First Rooftop Barbecue in Oslo

Last night was fantastic! We made a barbecue on the rooftop of our house in the sunset… Romantic? Yes. Tasty? Oh yes! We grilled potatoes, a huge piece of meat and some tomatoes and paprika. It’s amazing how fire and smoke can cook food in such an delicious way!
