Visited a friends house the other day and had a real whiskey tasting! He had saved a bottle of Douglas Laings Premier Barrel which he got as a gift from us from some time ago.
It’s a singe malt scotch whisky in a very nice ceramic bottle as you can see. My husband found this premier barrel at an airport and couldn’t resist buying it!
There are only a few hundred bottles of this particular kind and they come from the same oak “barrel”.
Found this elegant flowing bead necklace on Hilary Duff. She has a really nice look with the clothes and jewelry together I think! Right now there is a trend “grand slam” with really thick layers of many beaded strands of necklaces round the neck. There are lots of celebrities wearing them now and looking gorgeous 
You can have either a multi stranded necklace or many beaded necklaces stacked together. The most classic beaded necklaces in this case would be the light champagne colored pearls.

Found this fantastic book about making beaded earrings. The designs in this book are so modern and yet really simple! You don’t see that a lot in beading books, many beaded designs are either complicated and boring or modern and ugly. From what I read about from reviews on “Earrings Earrings Earrings” by Barb Switzer, there is only positive feedback.
I’ve been looking for a good book on how to make beaded earrings with simple techniques, so now I’m so happy I’ve found it!
